Ingredients
- 1 bag restaurant-style tortilla chips (the fresh deli-counter ones are best)
- Sumac, a generous sprinkle
- Flaked sea salt, to taste
Method

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.

Spread the tortilla chips in an even layer and warm in the oven for about 5 minutes.

Sprinkle generously with sumac and a little extra flaked sea salt. Serve warm.
