Jess + Jaryn's Simple Granola

Honey-toasted oats with a hint of cinnamon — made with love.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp coarse sea salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup extra light olive oil, melted coconut oil, or any oil of your choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup honey

Method

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Mix together the oats, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.

    Add the oil, vanilla, and honey. Mix well until every oat is coated.

    Spread evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.

    Let cool for at least 20 minutes before enjoying — this is when the clusters set up. We love ours with homemade yogurt and fresh berries.
